  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Subscription & Payments

Our services are offered through various subscription plans:

  • Free plans provide limited access to tests and practice questions
  • Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected
  • Payments are processed securely through Instamojo (India) or PayPal (International)
  • Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no tests have been completed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce test content
  • Use automated tools to access our services
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription limitations
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with our systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including tests, questions, study materials, and AI-generated feedback, is the intellectual property of Languagecert Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

Our AI-powered evaluation provides automated feedback for practice purposes. While designed to be accurate, AI evaluations should not be considered as official LanguageCert scoring. Actual exam results may differ from practice scores.

7. Limitation of Liability

Languagecert Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
